[AllenFolder03] VITAL ISSUES FORUM The Hon. Matthew Carter, Mayor of the town of Montclair, was last week's guest at the Forum. His talk centered on what he called the "Seven C's," I. Challenge, 2.Conflict, 3. Crisis, 4. Confrontation, 5. Communication, 6. Compromise, and 7. Change, a model describing power conflict and social change. With Mayor Carter in the photo are moderator Richard Allen and Dr. Howard Schomer, this week's special guest at the Forum.  Dr. Schomer's topic will be "Can Foreign Policy Be Christian?" Dr. Schomer is Executive Director for Specialized Ministries Overseas, National Council of Churches.  He will also preach here on June 15th. BRADFORD ROOM SUNDAY 9:30 A.M.
